Application :

Roll onto the affected areas once or twice a day as needed. You can massage it in before and after exercise or hiking, for example, or after gardening or other strenuous activities.

Tip: Massage your feet with this oil to warm them up after a cold winter walk or after a foot bath, then put on wool socks (not synthetic wool).
